Hey my Konceited Divas,
 I decided to make the first blog post about the 1st Black female who did it for herself in the hair world. If this lady doesn't give you a reason to succeed and be Konfident as well as Konceited nothing else will. Without further ado I give you Ms. Madam C.J. Walker. Ms. Walker was the first self made millionaire due to her business in hair care products. Yes us woman have been doing it for years. And because of her I am who I am and who I will become.

“I am a woman who came from the cotton fields of the South. From there I was promoted to the washtub. From there I was promoted to the cook kitchen. And from there I promoted myself into the business of manufacturing hair goods and preparations….I have built my own factory on my own ground.”
